Haitham is an experienced investment professional with a successful track record in helping companies realize their full growth potential. Over the span of his career, Haitham’s experience has covered the entire private equity investment cycle, including origination, valuation, due diligence, post-acquisition management, value-creation, and exit. He has deep expertise in growth capital and venture capital and has played pivotal roles in strategic initiatives, corporate turnarounds, change management, organizational development, and investor relations.

Haitham’s investment career spans more than 20 years. He previously held the role of Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej Investment Company, an alternative investment firm specializing in middle-market private equity investments, PIPEs, and buyouts, managing assets of approximately SAR 2.6 billion (USD 700 million). During his time at Amwal AlKhaleej, Haitham was a key member of the investment team that managed multiple funds and a portfolio of 21 companies across 14 diverse industries.

Haitham’s expertise has been recognized through his involvement with various boards and committees across the region, including Bayan Credit Bureau, Arabian Pipes Company, THIQAH Business Services, Future Work, and Hoshan Company, where he contributes his strategic insights to drive impactful decisions. He is currently an independent board member at Blominvest Saudi Arabia and Anoosh Retail Company, an independent board member and audit committee chair at Theeb Rental Car, and a member of the investment committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Abdullah is widely acknowledged as one of the leading serial entrepreneurs in the Kingdom with an extensive background in transforming ideas into value-creating products and services. He is the chairman and CEO of Thabat Holding, established in Riyadh in 1998, which operates across multiple sectors, including food & beverages, retail, logistics, and education.

Abdullah is the founder and co-founder of several leading businesses, including Anoosh, 9Round Fitness, Southwind Telecom (a key business unit later acquired by STC) Road logistics and Sparks Academy. Abdullah has also been recognized as an active technology entrepreneur and angel investor in early-stage technology companies including Jisr HR, Salasa Logistics and MONH. His global business expertise includes building international companies with worldwide distribution networks and a strong focus on e-commerce and digital business platforms, where he remains a passionate advocate for the Kingdom’s digital transformation.

Recognized for his leadership and influence, Abdullah was ranked first on Forbes’ list of “Leaders Inspiring a Kingdom”. His accomplishments have been featured in notable publications, including Harvard Business Review and Arab Business Report.

Maged is a seasoned financial expert with over 20 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, and leadership roles across diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, and capital markets. His extensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors, enabling him to deliver strategic solutions and drive financial excellence.

Before joining SEEDRA Ventures, Maged served as the chief financial officer at KASB Capital, where he led the company’s financial strategy, oversaw budgeting and forecasting, and strengthened operational efficiency. His leadership was instrumental in optimizing financial performance and aligning the company’s goals with its long-term growth strategy.

Maged holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management and accounting from South Valley University. His expertise is further enhanced by various qualifications, including CFA-IF and FMVA, showcasing his commitment to continuous professional development.

Waleed is an investment professional with a strong research background and active participation in leading investment forums. Before joining SEEDRA Ventures, he was part of Yaqeen Capital’s investment banking team, where he developed comprehensive sector reports, conducted in-depth financial analyses, and built detailed financial models. He also contributed to the development of Yaqeen’s crowdfunding fintech platform.

Later, Waleed worked as an investment analyst at Riyadh Valley Company (RVC), assessing over 400 investment opportunities across local and international markets. He performed extensive due diligence on potential investments and collaborated with portfolio companies to support fundraising, business development, and growth strategies.

Waleed serves as an advisor and board member for several businesses, driving strategic growth and creating value. He actively shares his expertise on investment and entrepreneurship through platforms like Jawlah, recognized for covering the regional startup ecosystem.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Saud University.

Saleh is a rising consultant and investment professional with a background in asset management, private equity, venture capital, and venture building. His career began at MASIC, supporting the oversight of multi-billion Riyal investment portfolios and analyzing private equity opportunities, refining his expertise in creating value and driving business expansion.

Saleh later joined Ernst & Young, where he contributed to the Ministry of Interior’s accounting transformation project under EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services track, building a strong foundation in strategic planning, process optimization, and aligning financial systems with organizational goals.

Before joining SEEDRA Ventures, Saleh was an investment analyst at BIM Ventures, where he sourced, screened, and analyzed over 400 companies. This role provided him with extensive exposure to diverse business models and unique insights into early-stage investing while mentoring founders on fundraising, business modeling, and business development.

Saleh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Qassim University.

Lama is an emerging investment professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis and a solid grasp of investment-related legal aspects. At SEEDRA Ventures, she has been instrumental in evaluating diverse investment opportunities and providing strategic guidance to MVP-stage startups, helping them refine go-to-market strategies, overcome challenges, and position them for scalable success. In addition, her familiarity with legal aspects allows her to navigate transactional considerations effectively, supporting seamless deal execution.

Beyond her financial and strategic expertise, Lama has conducted extensive research across multiple emerging sectors. She spearheaded a collaborative whitepaper on proptech, providing valuable insights into industry trends and uncovering growth opportunities. 

As a CAIA charterholder and active member of the association, Lama contributes to the advancement of the EMEA alternative investments ecosystem through impactful initiatives and active engagement.

Lama holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with first-class honors from King Saud University.

Abdullah is an emerging investment professional with a strong background in identifying and supporting promising companies. He began his career working with early-stage startups in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and venture building.

He later worked at Endeavor, where he supported the selection and growth of Saudi entrepreneurs within a global network of high-impact founders, gaining valuable experience in fostering entrepreneurship and scaling high-growth ventures. He also contributed to the development of the Saudi Unicorn national program, aimed to accelerate the growth of high-potential startups.

Prior to joining SEEDRA Ventures, Abdullah was part of STV’s investment team, a USD 800 million late-stage venture capital fund investing across the MENA region. There, he worked on venture debt transactions and investments in Saudi industry-leading startups.

Ahmed is a seasoned financial professional with over eight years of experience spanning finance, operations, and capital markets. Before joining SEEDRA Ventures, he was a senior accountant at Ijarah Finance Company, where he oversaw financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit preparations. He also contributed to improving accounting systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening the company’s financial framework. This role further developed his ability to navigate complex financial challenges and deliver effective solutions.

At SEEDRA Ventures, Ahmed focuses on preparing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and coordinating audit processes, while driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. His expertise includes implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and enhancing financial workflows to optimize performance.

Ahmed is a certified management accountant (CMA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting) from Mansoura University.

Mah e rukh is a financial analyst with a diverse background in sell-side equity research, asset management, and venture capital. She began her career at Arif Habib Limited, a leading brokerage firm in Pakistan, where she specialized in analyzing the automobile sector. This experience sharpened her skills in identifying market trends, evaluating investments, and delivering in-depth financial insights.

She later transitioned into venture capital by joining Khwarizmi Ventures, where she gained practical experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal screening, reporting, and analysis. This role deepened her understanding of emerging sectors and tech startups.

Mah e rukh plays a key role in financial reporting, valuation management, and building detailed financial models. She supports the investment team in portfolio management, decision-making, and fostering startup growth through thorough research and actionable insights.

Nadine is a governance and compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting, policy implementation, and promoting organizational transparency. She has a proven track record of fostering ethical practices and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.

Before joining SEEDRA Ventures, Nadine served as program manager at the Institute for Finance & Governance at ESA Business School, where she monitored governance-focused programs, workshops, and training sessions. She also supported companies in implementing strong governance frameworks through advisory services.

At SEEDRA Ventures, Nadine plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Capital Market Authority regulations and organizing board meetings to support legal adherence and effective decision-making.

Nadine is a graduate of the corporate directors program by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she honed her expertise in board governance. She holds a master’s degree in language interpretation and translation, as well as a bachelor’s degree in translation from the Islamic University of Lebanon.
