Ali is an entrepreneur and advisor with a strong background across startups, investment funds, and F500 companies. He began his career by founding a group purchasing platform that enabled GCC-based retail customers to access global products at favorable terms. He later joined a UK-based tech investment firm focused on public growth equities, where he contributed to investment research and portfolio strategy.

Following that, Ali worked at McKinsey & Company across its Silicon Valley, New York, and Boston offices. There, he advised private equity firms and F500 companies on USD 20BN worth of technology transactions, strategy projects, and organizational transformations. Most recently, he has been focused on validating new startup concepts in the MENA region through data-driven testing and experimentation.

Ali currently supports founders and operators across the region, leveraging his cross-functional experience to drive growth and impact.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Manchester.
