Founya is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee development, and operational planning. She oversees daily HR, implementing strategic workforce plans and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while driving training and performance development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Before joining SEEDRA, Founya worked as a recruitment officer at Anoosh, where she managed recruitment processes, developed job descriptions, and implemented innovative talent acquisition strategies. Her career also includes roles as recruitment officer at the Human Resource Development Fund and human resource supervisor at Spring Rose Company, where she contributed to workforce planning, policy development, and employee relations.

In addition, Founya served as a coordination specialist at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, collaborating with universities to implement internationally accredited programs. She also held administrative and technical roles, managing legal and administrative affairs.

Founya holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences from King Saud University.
