Tarun is an experienced investor relations professional specializing in private markets, with a robust background spanning management consulting, banking, and asset management.

He began his career at KPMG LLP in London, initially implementing new technologies for corporate and retail banking clients. Subsequently, he transitioned to the financial modeling advisory function, where he built and audited bespoke financial models for clients in the Oil & Gas and TMT sectors. During this time, Tarun undertook a secondment to JP Morgan Chase, building business models for the sales and trading division.

Tarun later joined Pemberton Asset Management, supporting fundraising and client servicing across private credit strategies. His work covered middle-market direct lending, receivables financing, and CLOs, where he partnered with the arranger bank on marketing and investor outreach.

At SEEDRA Ventures, Tarun oversees client reporting, develops the firm’s digital content strategy, and services the firm’s client base.

He holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Manchester.
